Sleeping up to six in four bedrooms, this cottage is located 2km the small village of Camors and the same distance to the larger town of Baud, conveniently located, the tranquillity is assured. Both village and town will give you all the usual amenities, with public services, the post office, banks, bakeries, restaurants, and supermarkets. 

The cottage offers good size accommodation with, on the ground floor, comfortable living room with TV and an open plan kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a hob with 3 gas burners, 1 electric ring, a traditional oven, a microwave, dishwasher and fridge.  The washing machine and freezer are in the utility room. WC downstairs. 

Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms; one double, two singles and one with singles which can be put together to form a king size bed.  The large bathroom has a shower and separate toilet.  Bed linens are provided. 

Cot and highchair are available. Each room has large wardrobes. 

Outside: there is a garden terrace and plenty of space to relax and adventure with more than 2,500 m², wooded area. 

Gated parking is by the side of the house. 

The cottage is midway located in that it is 30 minutes from Vannes, Lorient, Pontivy, the Atlantic Ocean, which offers many fine sandy beaches, rocky outcrops, small bays and seaside towns – so something for everyone’s taste.  Nearby, Camors forest is 200 metres from the cottage with hiking trails which are marked, and mountain biking is possible. 

This area of Brittany is rich in culture and local traditions and regularly offers a good choice of festivities and various shows. The owner offers you shelter for your bikes, motorbikes and a lockable garage.  Open all year round.
