If something is vital to your requirements you must ask us to verify this for you before booking by asking us to confirm with the owner. 

Pools: if you wish to book a cottage with a pool off peak season, please ensure before booking that the pool will be open.  It is up to the owner's discretion as to the time and conditions being right to open their pools and the opening dates as stated are as a guide only.. 

Your contract will be direct with the owner of the property with Southern Brittany Cottages as the reservations agent.

Company Profile

SBC is a micro business, operated by Karen & Mike Shaw, who lived and operated in Southern Brittany for over ten years.  They have a sister website in operation for South West Irish cottages  www.irelandcountrycottages.com offering superb holiday accommodation mainly in Cork and Kerry.

They have been in operation for ten seasons and have had much praise for excellent service, honesty, integrity and helpfulness.  Almost all of the properties listed have been personally visited by them, so they should be able to answer any questions you may have.  If we don't have the answer, they can soon find it.  Please note that all of these homes do not permit smoking inside, and many properties are not suitable for pets (those who do are marked accordingly).  You are kindly asked to please respect the owners' wishes.  They have very high standards and expectations and can promise you a fast and quality service.
