It has a modern kitchen with cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, condensing tumbler dryer. The cottage has central heating for colder period There is a spacious lounge/diner, with piano, DVD player, music system with CD and iPod docking station. There are games puzzles and books available. THE AREA

The area offers many miles of marked trails for walking or cycling.

The walking route to one of the 'Menhirs' (large standing stones) goes right past the house.

Huelgoat itself is a picturesque Breton market town well known for it's 'Chaos' an area of amazing rock formations in the forest by the town. There are many bars and restaurants some with Iakefront terraces. There are a number of shops in the square including two fine boulangeries and a supermarket nearby. A fascinating open air market is held in the square on Thursday mornings
