Fraise - sleeps 8 with shared heated pool 

One of six beautifully renovated comfortable, charming, stone cottages with heated pool situated at the end of a private tree-lined driveway and surrounded by beautiful Breton countryside with rolling hills and woods all around, this complex also sits in its own private grounds of 21 acres on the edge of a small village. Take a relaxing holiday in this delightful part of Brittany, enjoying the excellent food at local restaurants, the thrill and excitement of Camors Adventure Forest, a boat trip down the River Blavet, or visit the many interesting attractions and picturesque villages.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, hob and oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.  There is a ground floor double ensuite bathroom and upstairs a second double ensuite bathroom, two twin rooms and a family bathroom. 

The bright open plan kitching, living, dining areas still have the original oak beams.  The lounge area has comfy sofa, chairs and is fully equipped with CD, TV and DVD. 

Outside you can enjoy a 12m x 6m pool with Roman steps into the shallow end and an adjacent children's pool.  There is a large sunbathing terrace and the pool is open and heated from mid-May until the end of September. It is securely fenced.  The extensive grounds are a delight for all ages and cover around 22 acres including a large children's play area, indoor play barn, games field, open parkland and is bounded by trees and fields. 

Prices include all bed linen, water, electricity and heating when required (during the colder months).  Cots and highchairs are available free of charge.  Please note that there is an end of stay clean payable locally or simply leave it as you found it, clean and tidy.  Although priced in Euros we can accept sterling at the current rate of exchange at the time the payment is due. The house is baby and toddler friendly.  Stairgates top and bottom, highchairs, cots, steriliser, toys books etc . The property is great for walking and cycling as we have direct access from the property onto the  groomed forest trails .
