Maison Bourre right on Sarzeau Beach Front - sleeps 8

This house is right on the beach near Sarzeau in a quiet wooded area, sleeps 8 in four bedrooms and is ideal for a beach holiday in Brittany.

On the ground floor you will find the large living/dining room; a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, ceramic plated cooker, electric oven, kettle and microwave; also a washing machine and tumble drier. 

There is a downstairs ensuite shower (walk-in) kingsize bedroom (2 twin beds together) which enjoys sea views has direct access to the garden.

On the first floor, there are three further bedrooms: another double room and two twin rooms; two of these rooms also have sea views. There is a family bathroom with walk-in shower and a large mezzanine completes upstairs.

Outside you will find private parking, with a garage.  There is also a large terrace with garden furniture.  The garden is not fully enclosed, so you will have to keep an eye on smaller visitors. 

There is electric central heating for those cooler periods.   End of stay clean 60€ payable locally.  Bed linen and towels are not included. Double beds measure 140 cms wide, and single beds 90 cms, so very similar to UK sizes but the king size is two 90cm singles together (180cm)
