The pool is approx 9 x 4 metres and has roman steps at the shallow end, and a cover which slides back to keep the pool secure and warm when not in use.  Pool open June, July, August early September

The gardens are mainly laid to lawn with a little wooded area to the side, and a sweeping driveway down to the gated entry.

There is one king sized bedroom on the ground floor with access to the patio, with a family bathroom with corner bath and separate shower cubicle, double sink and toilet just opposite.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes dishwasher, electric cooker and hob, large fridge freezer, microwave and all the crockery and utensils you will need.  There is also a basement below where you will find the washing machine and tumble drier.

The lounge is bright and open plan to the dining area and has comfy settees and armchairs.  There is a large TV which connects to satellite freeview and a DVD player. There is also a music centre.  The log fire can be lit for those cooler evenings and the house has central heating which means it can be rented at any time of the year.

Upstairs there is one king size room and a double room, both which have access to the upper balcony and a further bedroom which is a family room with a double and two 5ft children's beds. There is a shower room, with sink and separate WC.

There is wireless internet access via your own laptop.  Bed and kitchen linen is included as are towels for both personal and pool use. End of stay clean included in rental, just leave it tidy. In the basement you will find children's bikes you can borrow as well as foosball and table football.
