This pretty house is in a large hamlet, but at the end of a cul de sac, so no passing traffic.  It has an enclosed "layered" garden with many areas to sit and enjoy the quiet countryside, and also a splash pool for the kids.  Also indoors there are games, books etc for the children.

There is a good sized lounge with English TV, DVD player, music centre and film library and also a log burner for those cooler evenings or off peak visits.  The kitchen is well equipped with range gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher and microwave etc. With a utility room beyond with washing machine.  Family bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle.

Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both bright and airy rooms.  The double room has a feature stained glass window, framed by an old wood fire-surround and has exposed stone walls.

Outside there are terraced gardens and a splash pool.

Plenty to see and do around here.  There is a horse-riding school only 1km from the house plus Golf (Rimaison) at 3kms.  At St Nicolas there is bike hire and boat rides up the canalised River Blavet which is also well known for its fishing.  There are also several restaurants there right on the river frontage.

Bed linen, kitchen linen and hand towels are included so you will need your own bath/shower and beach/pool towels.
