This  deceptively large house has five bedrooms and sleeps 8.  Surrounded by lovely well kept gardens including a fountain fish pond with waterfall to smaller pond - a lovely feature.

The house has a large roomy fully fitted kitchen with oven, gas hob, large fridge and freezer, dishwasher and washing machine in the utility room.  That opens on to the separate dining room which opens on to the lounge with large granite fireplace with log burning fire, TV with Satellite Free to View.

Upstairs there is a large master bedroom with double bed and ensuite shower room; one other double, one twin and family bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle. Up the next flight you will find two single bedrooms and a large landing area with TV and settee, ideal for reading or craft work.

All the bedrooms have new furniture, beds and bedding.

Outside you will find lovely landscaped gardens, with mature trees for shading from the sun; a patio area, outside the back door, beside the stone walled pool and waterfall, a further patio above that with BBQ, and in the middle of the garden is the huge heated salt-water pool which is large enough get your daily exercise, dive and play water-polo.  It is approx 2.4 metre deepest, but has a shallow end with tiled steps, and slightly bigger than 12 x 6 metres.  There is a pool house with shower, toilet and sink and a further area for BBQs and shade. Plenty of garden and pool furniture.  There is a selection of bikes for you to use.  Cot and highchair available.

It is within walking distance (4km) of the town of Br�han which has the usual compliment of village shops and a large Super U supermarket - 10-15 minutes on bike.  Also it has uninterrupted country views and is set in a tiny hamlet with no near neighbours.

 Bed linen is included as is kitchen linen and personal towels can be hired on advance request.  Either bring your own pool towels or these can be hired by the week.

 The beautiful beaches on the southern coast of Brittany are an hour away. You can visit the historic towns of Vannes and Auray both within an hour's drive.  Josselin  and Pontivy 20 and 30 minute's drive. The area is ideal for cycling, horse-riding, water-sports and golf all available nearby. Alternatively, if you just want to relax and enjoy the quiet life this is the ideal place to unwind.

Josselin

The beautiful town of Josselin is a 20 minute drive away and boasts a fine chateau overlooking the Nantes - Brest canal. You can also visit the historic basilica of Notre-dame-du-Roncier or sample the bustling Saturday morning street market.

The Lac du Duc

The Lac au Duc near Ploermel, a large lake just 25 minutes drive from Ville Jegu which offers fishing, various water sports and golf. You can also hire a pedalo and swim at the man made beach in the height of summer. The Hortensia Trail offers a unique opportunity to view over fifty varieties of hydrangea as part of an idyllic walk alongside the lake.
 

Broceliande and the Nantes - Brest Canal

Towards Camp�n�ac (35 minutes) you enter the mysterious Forest of Broc�liande, where the moor-land is illuminated by the sunny colour of gorse and broom. Megalithic monuments can be found, a sign of the ancestors who lived in this magnificent place. Visit the splendid Ch�teau of Tr�cesson and there are plenty of footpaths and trails if you wish to explore Broc�liande.

Auray and Vannes

With its bustling harbour, fabulous restaurants and art galleries, Auray is well worth a visit.

Vannes (pictured above), with its ramparts, beautiful formal gardens, aquarium and fine restaurants, shouldn't be missed.
