Modern Private Villa, 250 m from sandy beach!
Sleeps 10 This is a wonderful modern, contemporary villa, only a few minute's walk from the long sandy beach. 1 km from St Jacques and 3.5kms from Sarzeau with its many shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants.
As you walk in via the large wooden gates, you are immediately in the front garden, which extends round the side by the children's play area with swings and slide set, and on into the lawned back garden with plenty of sun and shade as wanted.
The lounge is bright and airy and is open plan to the dining room. French windows lead out to the back garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with full electric oven and gas hob with one electric plate. microwave, toaster, kettle and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine and drier in the hallway utility area, along with a four drawer freezer. Door leads on to the back garden.
There are five bedrooms. One double on the ground floor next to a toilet and family bathroom with bath and sink. Upstairs there are four further bedrooms: one twin, one single, one double and a very large dormitory style room for children with four single beds. This house is also fully equipped with baby items including cot, highchair, changing mats etc. There is a further shower room upstairs and a toilet. On the landing there is a large seating area with TV and DVD/video player. No TV reception available.

Pillows and blankets are provided in this house but there is no bed nor kitchen linen available so you will need to bring your own.. Only 250 metres from the sea, beach and there is a sailing school there as well if you want some lessons on how to sail, whilst you are on holiday. During the summer you will also find a little local shop which provides basic groceries and bread. Those will mobility problems will be happy in this house with the ground floor facilities. Golf 5 kms. Wheelchair users can access via the garden room. Prices in euros
