This is an ideal house for larger family holidays.  It sits on a hillside near to the River Blavet Valley in secluded grounds.  The house is spacious and most bedrooms have ensuite shower.

  On the ground floor you will find a large lounge furnished in retro 70's style, (with colour TV, video and leather settees), an ante room with four more armchairs to take advantage of the light coming in from the French windows to sit and read.  Dining room, kitchen with oven, hob, washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, microwave etc, and separate utility room. 

There are two double (ensuite shower) bedrooms downstairs and a further toilet.

Up the marble stairs there are five more bedrooms: two double with ensuite shower, one smaller double room, one twin room and a large dormitory style room with six single beds - ideal for the children.

Outside you have large enclosed gardens with shady areas, patio with garden furniture, BBQ, and plenty of parking space, and the circular 6m wide above ground heated pool which is decked with sun terrace and accessed by removable steps (open July & August).  Also a terrace with BBQ and table tennis. There is also a prehistoric alley on the grounds, and an ancient bread oven, pictured above left.

Within a kilometre you will find a little hamlet offering a bakery and within 6 kms you will find the town of Languidic, which offers the usual complement of shops including three restaurants, and large supermarket.
