Inside on the level you will find a large open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. With oven and hob, large fridge with freezer, microwave (and there is a washing machine in the laundry room), Sky TV also available and if you like, you can bring your own Sky Card to receive all your home channels.
Comfortable (large) settee which can also be used as a sofa bed.
The twin beds in the main bedroom and bunk beds in the second bedroom, so ideal for a family of four. Off the bedroom, is the family shower room with walk in massage shower, toilet and sink.
The gardens are spectacular and boasts a mill with a wheel and a feeder canal which is spring fed, which cascades down the waterfall into the lake below, which is home to ducks and geese and two very proud peacocks who are not shy to show their full plumage! There are many walk tracks near the house, unless you just fancy a stroll around the ample grounds and pathways by the two lakes. They are set in magnificent landscaped grounds stretching for over seven acres. It has its own private spring-fed lake the size of a football pitch, so if you so desire, you can fish for tench, roach, rudd, bream, perch.CARP (around 12lbs) and trout! If you don't fancy that, you can enjoy wonderful walks in the beautiful grounds. New for 2008 is a 9 x 4.5 metre heated, above ground pool, open June, July and August. Boule court and loads of safe areas to play in, complete our expansive outside space. See other houses on this mini-complex The town of Le Sourn is only a kilometre, which means a 15 minute walk to the boulangerie, Boucher, tabac, pharmacy and supermarket.
