One Storey Seaside Apartment Near Auray

This is a lovely well equipped purpose built seaside apartment on one floor in a small complex of eight chalets.  The beach is only 800 metres away.  There are two bedrooms: one double and one twin. 

The lounge/kitchen/dining area is open plan and light and airy; with settee, TV and DVD player, dining table and chairs; kitchen corner with fridge, combi-microwave and two ring electric hob, large storage cupboard.  Family bathroom with bath (shower over) sink and WC. Washing machine.  The d�cor is modern, light and bright.   Bed linen is supplied but you will need your own towels.

 Outside there is a small enclosed private garden (safe for little ones) and large open gardens outside the gate.  There is a BBQ, and garden furniture, table and chairs for those al-fresco meals.  Private parking.  Suitable for wheelchair users.

Everything is nearby and convenient; the town is less than half  kilometre. This is a holiday village apartment very close to the beach.  Locmariaquer is a lovely village, with full facilities and Auray is nearby if you want a bigger selection of shops and a regular weekly street market.  Bikes can be hired in the village which will make your daily trip to the beach even faster!

Golf courses are also a very short distance, and although the sea is only about fifteen minutes stroll away through shaded lanes, you have an abundance of beaches to choose from a little further a field.  Also nearby, there are tennis courts to rent, fishing, canoeing and water sports, horse riding, all sorts of sporting activities, children�s� summer club activities, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and more traditional shops like the boulangerie and patisserie close by.  This is a brilliant base whether you want a beach holiday or to explore the wonderful surrounding countryside.
