Very handy location because it is only a few paces from the corner shop and a little further to the three quiet bars in the village of St Yves, which is near Bubry, a larger town half way between Baud and Hennebont.

The kitchen and dining room are open plan as per the photo.  The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker and hob, half and half fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, bread-maker, kettle and toaster and plenty of storage space.  Opposite this on the other side of the hallway you will find a games room with various games like fooseball, darts and many other board games and WiFi. 

The lounge has two settees and an armchair, a large fireplace with enclosed fire for those cooler evenings and TV with satellite reception receiving Freeview; double doors to the enclosed back garden where you will find a lovely deck area, with patio furniture, stone BBQ, beside the large above ground pool 7 x 3.5 metres.

Also on the ground floor is the family bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin, toilet and bidet.  The double bedroom is beside this and has a large wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Upstairs there are two twin rooms, one with pine beds and the other with modern steel beds and storage space, ideal for children.

Pets welcome.  Bed linen included and towels can be hired from the property managers or bring your own.  End of stay clean available  if booked in advance.  This property offers you a Flexi Start/Flexi Stay, which means you can choose when you arrive and how long you stay, but due to manager's timetable, cannot offer you either a Friday or a Saturday start but any other day of the week is acceptable.  You can however leave on any day of the week. 

The corner shop has everyday food for your essentials, and also a depot de pain, which provides fresh bread every day in the week including Sunday ( but you need to be there before 10am!)

Bubry is about five minutes drive away and has an Intermarch� supermarket and the usual shops of a larger village and a couple of nice restaurants. 

You are close to the River Blavet which has a towpath for both walking and cycling.  Also not far away is Poul Fetan which is a village reproducing life in centuries past, with artisans who make bread, pottery and other necessities for life in this period.  Nearby there is Horse Riding, cycling along the River Blavet towpath, several lakes and river fishing in the area. Lovely beaches are approximately 40 minutes away, Carnac, Quiberon, Larmor Plage. There are a choice of good golf courses a short drive away
