The Farmhouse Between Neuillac/Cleguerec with shared pool near Sleeping 8

spacious traditional three bedroom Breton farmhouse with lots of old beams and character.
For those of you who need a change from the pool there is a Boule piste to while away the long summer afternoons and evenings, a Badminton/Volleyball court if you are feeling energetic, fishing in the risseau (stream) is possible and also in the Brest to Nantes canal which is a 5 minute walk away.
In the games room there is currently a pool table, and table tennis. The grounds cover 3 acres of park land with mature trees and a river running through. A Barbeque and private sitting out area. The pool has a large decking area around it for sunbathing and sitting out during those long summer days and evenings.
Bed linen is supplied. The kitchen includes fridge, cooker, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, cutlery and china. There are two bathrooms which have bath, shower, toilets and washbasins. Personal towels are also provided but these are not for use around the pool, or beach, please bring your own towels for these usages. Price all inclusive June to September, after that period, electricity will be metered and charged at cost, paid locally. WiFi connection available in the community/games room areas.
