All on one level and set in its own private garden, this lovely bungalow is a perfect hideaway in a cul-de-sac leading to some lovely woods, for a family of four.  It is situated only a couple of kilometres from Bubry with the usual compliment of shops, bars, restaurants and large Intermarch�.  A welcome pack is provided to help you on your arrival.

The gardens are large and very well kept, and fully enclosed so safe for the smaller children.  Garden furniture and loungers are provided for your relaxation.  Also outdoor games and a children's paddling pool are at your disposal.

There are two bedrooms, one twin (off the kitchen) and one double (off the hallway).  Both are beautifully decorated and have ample storage space.  There is also a family bathroom off the hallway with bath and shower over and separate toilet. Bed linen and towels both come with this house, so more room in your boot!

The kitchen is bright and well equipped, with washing machine, gas & electric oven and hob, microwave etc.  The lounge/dining area is brightly decorated and comfortably furnished for four. There is a TV/video/DVD combo and a library of DVD's, board games and books await your perusal.  There is also a tumble drier in a storage room.  Cot available.
