LA RENARDIERE :set in five hectares of land in the heart of the village of Langoëlan sits this beautiful chateau-like manor house sleeping 18 with its own private pool and access to the huge Langoelan lake Etang du Dordu and its fishing.... There is an open plan kitchen and dining room, leading through to the large lounge, a separate library which has comfy settees to watch the TV or listen to music. The lounge has a large working fireplace. The kitchen is well equipped with enough cutlery and crockery to have a banquet. There is an electric oven and hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher and two sinks. There is a washing machine & tumble dryer
The lounge is in three areas, one in the sun lounge area overlooking the front garden, the middle over looking the pool and the third around the large fireplace.

On the two upper levels, you will find 9 bedrooms all with ample storage space with wardrobes and chest of drawers.
On the 1st Floor: Bedroom 1: king size bed and ensuite bathroom; Bedroom 2 ensuite shower room, king size bed and child's bed. Bedroom 3 with terrace, king size bed and ensuite bathroom; Bedroom 4, king size bed with ensuite shower room; Bedroom 5: Double bed with ensuite shower
On the 2nd floor: Bedroom 6: Twin Beds, Bedroom 7: Twin Beds, Bedroom 8: 2 double beds and bedroom 9: double room. Family shower room and separate toilet.
There are 6 toilets in total including one on the ground floor and another in the basement. In the basement you will find the pool table and a beer fridge. Also here you will find the laundry room. This leads out on to the garden which is an enclosed 2000 m² with a further five hectares of parkland leading down to the huge local lake Etang du Dordu which offers wonderful fishing. In addition there is a wet room with shower and toilet
The house and grounds (with lake in the distance) have magnificent views. The large enclosed private swimming pool is heated by géothermic heating and measures 10 x 4.2 m. Beside the pool is the garden house, a small cottage with full kitchen dishwasher and seating area, so when you BBQ no need to keep going back to the main house as all the crockery & cutlery you need is in situ. Swing set for children and loads of places to explore for the older children.
Parking for at least six cars in the grounds and if you have any visitors the village parking is just beside the church opposite the house. The village has a small shop, a boulangerie and a pizza restaurant. Guémené is the nearest large town with large Intermarché and is about ten minutes from the house by car. Bed linen is included. Towels are not included in the rental but can be rented with advance notice at 9€ per person, but you will need your own pool towels. There is an electricity allowance of 56kw and via the meter reading, any extra used will be charged at cost and must be paid prior to departure. End of stay clean can be pre-arranged at 96€. There is a local tourist tax payable at 50 centimes per adult (not children) per day between May & October. All these extras are payable locally.
