Le Relais nr Ploerdut, with shared pool, sleeps 6
This is one of five cottages which in total can accommodate up to 30 people, plus babies. They are in the most idyllic of settings. They are situated at the end of a very quiet lane, south-facing, and with a 180 degree uninterrupted panorama of rolling fields and woodland. These beautiful mellow stone buildings were built over the course of several centuries. The earliest buildings still existing date back over 300 years and have been tastefully renovated to the highest standards, so you can enjoy a peaceful relaxing holiday “away from the madding crowds”.
On the ground floor there is a very large open plan lounge with dining area and fully fitted kitchen, tiled throughout with rose-coloured terracotta tiles, which contrast nicely with the clean white walls and 300 year-old beams, and the prie-dieu used by pilgrims for washing and praying. Built in 1729.
The lounge area has comfortable sofas and pieces of traditional French furniture. TV, DVD, Wi-Fi. The smart kitchen area is complete with single-drainer sink unit, fridge-freezer, gas cooker, and microwave oven.
On the first floor there is a spacious double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a twin room. On a slightly higher level there is a second double bedroom and second shower room.
Very high white-boarded ceilings with all roof timbers on show, full of character
They also have four acres of grounds and woodland where children can relive the sort of childhood us older members of society can recall. We hope you find a property that suits your needs.
Electricity and gas are included, but heating is extra if required. Bed & kitchen linen is included. You will need to bring your own personal and pool towels.

Five miles from the complex is Guemene-sur-Scorff, a beautiful market town with an array of small locally owned shops and a large Intermarché supermarket. Interested in visiting a Buddist community? Click here for their website in English. Or what about visiting a farm where you can touch and feed the animals? There's just so much to do and see and loads more information is available locally.
